Banana Bread!


I found a great recipe that uses graham cracker crumbs. This bread is real moist and not too heavy. I say it was a success!

Combine:
1/3 C. Chopped nuts
1 C. Flour
3/4 C. Graham Cracker crumbs
2t. baking powder
1t. baking soda
1/2t. salt

Combine till fluffy:
1/3 C. butter
2/3 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 C. mashed bananas

Mix all ingredients together. Put mixture in a greased bread loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.

Easy peasy! Enjoy!
